Eagle Communications started as a Nevada business in April of 2010. Its founder, Ken Wiley, retired from the Nevada Department of Transportation after 30 years of service to the State of Nevada as a radio and communications technician and manager. He is certified to service and repair many applications.
In August of 2010, Ken partnered with Dale Lotspeich, the Elko County Sheriff, and Eagle Communications, LLC was started. Dale managed a radio system for Elko County and served on the Nevada Communications Steering Committee since 2007. Ken ran the day to day aspects of the business until Dale retired with 29 years of service to Elko County. Dale joined the business full-time in January of 2011.
Eagle Communications, LLC is a full-service telecommunications company, specializing in design, installation and system repair/maintenance. Our primary focus is the maintenance, installation and sales of two-way radio equipment for all industries. We also are also qualified in the installation and maintenance of telephone systems, and premise data/phone cabling.
Eagle Communications also has solutions for video surveillance and security system applications, as well as intelligent transportation solutions through many of their business partnerships.
Eagle Communications is an authorized dealer for Harris Radio, Hytera, ICOM, Kenwood Radio, and RELM Wireless radio products. We have multiple vendors that allow us to provide quality radio accessories, including earpieces, speaker-mics, and bluetooth mics. We also are a SIGTRONICS headset and intercom dealer. We have business partnerships and outlets that also let us purchase other professional brands at competitive pricing. We have a full service shop and bench repair facility located at 180 River Street in Elko, Nevada. We employ four technicians with a combined experience of over 75 years. Our installers have experience from two years to over 15 years.
